DMCA Notice & Takedown

TopCeed respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the service to do the same. We respond to DMCA takedown notices.

Filing a takedown notice

To file a notice, email info@topceed.com with all of the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the rights-holder (or person authorized to act on their behalf).
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g. URL of the original).
3. Identification of the URL or specific bracket / entry on TopCeed that allegedly infringes.
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and you are the rights-holder or are authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was in error or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with the same contact email containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the removed material and where it appeared.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was in error.
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat infringers

We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances at our discretion.
